“Alma Resiliente”: A Story of the evolution of the Consortium for Humanitarian Agencies in Bolivia (CAHB)

Project Description

IRMA researched and documented the evolution of an inter-agency endeavour to improve cooperation in the fields of Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation.  This story of the Consortium for Humanitarian Agencies in Bolivia (CAHB), which was founded in 2008 and is still operational 10 years later, is one of adaptation and resilience, with lessons for all international agencies that are committed to collaboration and localisation of humanitarian aid. The research was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

IRMA’s team for this project included Marilise Turnbull and Sebastian Serrano
