Oxfam’s newly-created Global Humanitarian Team (representing all Oxfam International affiliates) requested IRMA’s technical assistance to redesign the former Humanitarian Indicator Tool, incorporating learning from 6 years of application in 20 crises, to align with Oxfam’s commitment to the Core Humanitarian Standard, and to meet the requirements of all Oxfam’s major humanitarian donors.
