IRMA designed and facilitated a 3-day intensive training workshop, entitled Integrated Disaster Risk Management and Resilience Capacity Building, for Counterpart International (CPI) in Mangochi, Malawi from 22-24 February, 2017. It was attended by 47 senior leaders of 24 CSOs participating in the STEPS program. Objectives were to equip local STEPS partners with skills to integrate disaster risk management and resilience in their daily organizational practice. Supporting the Efforts of Partners (STEPS) sets out to ensure a capable, effective civil society develops in Malawi.

Advising on e-learning courses for Accountability to Affected People
The HLA requested from IRMA high-level strategic and technical advising on content and approaches required to design e-learning modules for humanitarian practitioners and leaders to promote Accountability to Affected People (AAP).
