Evaluation of the Triennial Anti-Locust Campaign in Madagascar for FAO

Lezlie was commissioned in 2017 by FAO to lead a 3-person team made up of entomologist Alex Franc and IRMA Associate Ginna Rakotoarimanana to evaluate the Triennial Anti-Locust Campaign in Madagascar. Using a Disaster Risk Management lens, the team evaluated the success of the anti-locust campaign fueled by the 37 million USD donations of 13 different donors.
