IRMA carried out an in-depth study of Save’s DRR and CCA approach to disaster risk reduction (DRR) and climate change adaptation (CAA) programming. This included producing a global map of their recent and current projects, evaluating the relevance and effectiveness of their work to date, and identifying good practices and learning across the portfolio and particularly in relation to education. On this basis, and with full participation of Save the Children Norway’s key staff, we developed a strategy to strengthen their DRR / CCA impact worldwide.
