Analysis of the Climate Policy Environment for the Africa Resilience Initiative

IRMA undertook an in-depth examination of all pertinent policies across the West Africa region as a critical foundation for the Africa Resilience Initiative (ARI) that the Dutch Red Cross will implement with funding from the European Union.
