UNICEF, UNHCR and partners of the Stand-By Partnership Programme (SBPP) hired IRMA to conduct a strategic evaluation of the Training Secretariat, consult with all donor and NGO partners and propose a 2-year work plan and scope of work for the new Training Coordinator. The process included facilitating a workshop for the Training Secretariat’s Steering Committee in Geneva.
