Plan International commissioned IRMA to conduct a Strategic Review to appraise their DRM achievements and to contribute to defining the future focus and approach for Plan International as a gender transformative DRM actor. The Review process involved 108 interviews with internal and external informants, an e-survey in which 599 staff members participated, visits to three country programmes (Tanzania, Colombia and Bangladesh), focus group discussions with staff and beneficiaries, review of over 300 documents, and analysis of relevant financial data.
