Evaluation of NRC’s Information, Counseling and Legal Assistance Programme for IDPs in Colombia

IRMA evaluated NRC’s longstanding ICLA programme in Colombia that provides legal advisory services to IDPs to facilitate their access to humanitarian aid and housing, land and property rights.
